Apple Wallet Integration
Customers can add their loyalty card directly to Apple Wallet for easy access.
Generating Wallet Passes
1. Navigate to Admin > Loyalty > Members
2. Find the member and click their name
3. In the member detail modal, click "View Digital Card"
4. Copy the public link (e.g., `https://tablecore.app/loyalty/abc123`)
5. Share this link with the customer via email or SMS
When the customer opens the link on their iPhone:
1. They'll see their loyalty card with QR code
2. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet"
3. The pass is saved to their Wallet app
4. They can scan it directly from their lock screen at checkout
Pass Features
The digital pass includes:
- Member name and ID
- Current points balance(updates in real - time)
- QR code for scanning
- Your restaurant branding
- Direct link to check balance online
Automatic Updates
When points are earned or redeemed, the pass automatically updates the balance via push notification.Customers don't need to open the app or refresh anything.
