Gift Card Redemption
Customers can use gift cards to pay for orders at any of your locations.
Redemption Process
1. Complete the order as normal
2. On the Payment View, select "Gift Card" as the payment method
3. Enter or scan the 16-character gift card code
4. The system will validate the code and display the available balance
5. Tap "Apply" to redeem the amount
If the gift card balance is less than the order total, the system will apply the full available balance and prompt for an additional payment method for the remainder.
Partial Redemption
Gift cards can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero. For example, a €100 gift card can be used for a €30 meal, leaving €70 for future visits.
Expired or Invalid Cards
If a code is invalid, expired, or already fully redeemed, the system will display a clear error message. All redemption attempts are logged for security purposes.
