Unlike static reservation systems that lock a guest into a specific table at the time of booking, MaîtreAI uses a Dynamic Shuffling approach.
**Real-Time Permutations**: Every time a new booking or walk-in arrives, the engine recalculates the entire floor plan.
**Yield-Maximus Seating**: It ranks every possible seating combination based on a "Capacity Fit" score. It will automatically move a party of 2 from a 4-top to a 2-top to keep the larger table free for a bigger group.
**Turnover Buffers**: The engine automatically accounts for cleaning and setup times, ensuring every table is ready for the next guest without manual intervention.
