Loyalty System
Build customer loyalty by rewarding repeat visits with points that can be redeemed for discounts.
How It Works
Earning Points
Customers earn points based on their spending. For example, with a "1 point per €1 spent" scheme, a €50 meal earns 50 points. You can configure the earn rate in Admin > Loyalty > Schemes.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts. For example, if 100 points = €1 discount, a customer with 500 points can redeem €5 off their bill. The redemption rate is also configurable per scheme.
Member Tiers
Create VIP tiers with enhanced benefits. For example, "Gold" members might earn 1.5x points, while "Platinum" members earn 2x points.
Creating a Loyalty Scheme
1. Navigate to Admin > Loyalty > Schemes
2. Click "Create Scheme"
3. Set the scheme name (e.g., "Rewards Club")
4. Configure earn rate (points per € spent)
5. Configure redeem rate (points needed per € discount)
6. Set minimum redemption threshold
7. Optionally add tier multipliers
Member Management
Add members manually in Admin > Loyalty > Members or allow customers to sign up via your digital menu. Each member gets a unique QR code for easy identification at the POS.
