Fiscal Printer Setup
For markets requiring certified fiscal devices, VeriFactu supports direct integration with approved fiscal printers.
Supported Models
- Epson FP - 81II
- Custom VKP80II
- Star mC - Print3
- Other ESC / POS compatible fiscal printers
Configuration
1. Connect the fiscal printer to your network
2. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Fiscal
3. Enter the printer's IP address
4. Select the printer model from the dropdown
5. Configure fiscal parameters(tax ID, serial number, etc.)
6. Click "Test Fiscal Print"
Automatic Fiscal Submission
When enabled, every completed order automatically:
1. Generates a fiscal - compliant invoice
2. Sends it to the fiscal printer
3. Receives the fiscal signature
4. Stores the signature in the database
5. Includes the signature on the customer receipt
This ensures 100 % compliance with local tax regulations without any manual intervention.
Troubleshooting
If fiscal prints fail:
- Verify the printer is powered on and connected
- Check that the fiscal memory isn't full
- Ensure the printer's fiscal mode is activated
- Verify your tax credentials are correctly configured
All fiscal errors are logged in Admin > Reports > Fiscal for audit purposes.
